Thai Curry with Crab Recipe

Ingredients:
- 1 Packet Maggi Noodles
- ½ Cup Shelled Edamame Beans
- 1 Small Onion (finely Chopped)
- 1 Small Tomato (chopped)
- 1 Green Chilli (finely Chopped)
- 1 Tbsp Oil Or Butter
- ¼ Tsp Turmeric Powder
- ¼ Tsp Red Chilli Powder
- ¼ Tsp Garam Masala
- 1 Maggi Tastemaker Sachet
- 1½ Cups Water
- Fresh Coriander Leaves (for Garnish)
- Salt To Taste
Instructions:
- Heat oil in a pan. Add chopped onion and sauté until translucent.
- Add green chilli and chopped tomato. Cook until tomatoes become soft and slightly mushy.
- Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, and garam masala. Mix well and cook for 30 seconds.
- Add edamame beans and sauté for 1–2 minutes.
- Pour in water and bring it to a boil.
- Add Maggi noodles and tastemaker. Cook for 2–3 minutes until the noodles are soft and the sauce thickens.
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
